Exchange Policy

Making Exchanges Easy: We offer a 90 day; no questions asked, money back guarantee, to ensure that the items are perfect for you. You can exchange your items free of charge A return/exchange concierge will be assigned for your exchange - to make your exchange as fast,e asy and reliable as possible.

How exchange works:

1. Please let us know which item you would like to exchange by login into your account.

2. An exchange concierge will be assigned to your exchange, and will issue you a convenient return tracking number to track your exchange.

3. Once we receive your item at our exchange center, we will check and process your return within 7 days. In certain cases of high value items, please allow us 14 days to process your return.

4. Once your return is processed, our exchange concierge will issue a gift certificate for the amount of your refund.

5. You can then order your new item, and use the gift certificate as payment for your new items.

Your new item:

• For your new item, we will ship it in a storage pouch, without boxes, if your item is the same type as your previous purchase (e.g, changing bracelet length for a longer length)
• If your new item is of different type (eg. exchanging a bracelet for the necklace), we will ship your new items in a box.

What to return:

• Please ship your item in the protective storage pouch.
• Please return the bonus gift. If you like to keep your bonus gift, we will adjust your credit by the selling price of the bonus gift.
• To save the environment, please do not return the boxes or any other packing material.
